Lake Star Building & Remodeling Owner, Jeff Hensley, was inducted into the North Coast Building Industry Association’s Hall of Fame on May 8, 2021. Taken from the 2021 NCBIA President, Sara Majzun’s speech, is Jeff’s introduction at the Induction ceremony:

“Tonight, I am very pleased to announce that we will be inducting 2 new members into our Hall of Fame! Our first individual has been a member of the NCBIA since 1998. He has served on the Clambake Committee, Remodelers Council, Blessing House & Codes Committee. He was an OHBA and NAHB Director and the president of our association in 2007, 2008 and 2018. Some of his industry and community involvement include being a deacon at his church, coach for his kids’ ball games, 4-H woodworking supervisor, and the Hot Stove President. This man was the president during the 2008 recession and was instrumental in keeping the NCBIA afloat. He truly shows what it means to be a BIA member and he is always the voice of reason for the association. Ladies and Gentlemen, from Lake Star Building & Remodeling, Mr. Jeff Hensley!”

The North Coast BIA Hall of Fame was established to honor individuals who have made a lasting contribution to the housing industry through their work in building and development, public service and housing-related areas.

Jeff is grateful to the NCBIA for the recognition and is honored to serve his industry and his community.

The same night, Lake Star Building & Remodeling was awarded the NCBIA Circle of Excellence award for Best Kitchen Remodel under $75,000, pictured below.
